Joseph handles all aspects of divorce litigation, including equitable distribution, alimony, domestic violence, custody, support, parenting time, adoptions and pre-nuptial agreements. Joseph also has significant experience in litigation and has tried hundreds of matters to conclusion in many areas of law.

Joseph is a graduate of Wagner College (1972) and Penn State University Dickinson School of Law (1976). He is a member of the New Jersey and Federal Bar, as well as the Middlesex County Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers. He has been a member of the Middlesex County District Ethics Committee and the Middlesex County Fee Distribution Committee. Joseph has also been a Middlesex County Personal Injury arbitrator on many cases.

Joseph has also served on the Board of the Rutgers Preparatory School in Somerset, New Jersey.
