John graduated from the Lubin School of Business of Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. While attending Pace University, John was scouted to work with several prestigious accounting firms; he used these opportunities to both further finance his education and gain invaluable experience in his field. Upon graduation, John was hired by Horowitz and Ullmann PC., a small accounting firm in New York City. John’s position as Senior Manager left him responsible for the firm’s largest clients; his work was specifically in the field of auditing and taxation.

After ten years of service, John left the firm and was given the opportunity to co-manage a larger accounting practice, Frederic Kantor and Company, PC., also in New York City. In his position as Vice President, John was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm as well as reviewing the firm’s largest tax returns and accounting jobs.

In 2006, after twenty years of public accounting and working in firms, John decided to start his own tax practice. His specialties include:

John’s commitment to the superior quality of his personal services has led to his induction into various professional societies. He is a now an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Society of Tax Professionals, and the Developers chapter of BNI.

John has developed his strong work ethic through his commitment and love for his own family. Raised with a strong set of morals by a pair of highly determined parents, John models his own business philosophies with the ideas of personal care and attention at the forefront of his mind. He enjoys professional baseball and traveling to the world’s most beautiful and exotic locations. John currently lives in Staten Island with his wife, Beverly, and his son, Giovanni.
